John Taylor Norris appeals his connection for indecency with a child. After a jury trial, the court assessed punishment at ten years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections, probated for ten years. In nine points of error, Norris contends that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence outcry testimony pursuant to article 38.072 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, and in denying Norriss motion for a mistrial because the State, in its jury argument, injected new and harmful facts not supported by the trial testimony. We disagree and affirm the trial courts judgment.
